Shipment processing time
In case of orders within Chittagong City, we will deliver your products next working day after receiving your order.
All orders outside Chittagong City are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped at Friday or any other Govt. holiday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charge starts from 50 tk within Chittagong city and may increase depending on delivery location.
Outside Chittagong city, we will ship products through courier. You may choose any courier from below –

**Courier may take 1-3 working days to deliver your products. Sometimes it may take 1 or 2 days more due to various issues.
** Courier changes are only taken advance for order confirmation. Rest amounts are cash on delivery.
** It should be noted that in case of courier, if we send goods in condition , condition charges will be applied in addition to courier charge (condition charges are generally 2% on due amount). If any customer pay full amount in advance during order, no condition charge will be applied.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You may track your order in your ID using order number.
Replacement and Refund
**Chittagong Baking Mart is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
**If any product is missing, let us know within 24 hours after receiving. In case of missing products, we will refund you within 24 hours. If any wrong product is shipped, we will replace it with your next order by right product.
